We exist to foster the understanding and growth of the human potential and community

• promote the ideals of spiritual ecology and personal responsibility
• sponsor Summerstar Pagan Festival
• publish Dragonheart, An Occasional Metamorphic Journal
• promote both public and private obersvances of the Full/New Moons and Seasonal High Days
• assist with rites of passage

The Alliance was founded on November 7, 1992 and incorporated in the State of Washington nine days later on November 16, 1992.

Currently, our focus is Summerstar, A Pagan Gathering.
